I placed an order on arredatutto.com six (6) weeks ago and it turned into one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had.
For more than a month, there was no communication at all. Only after repeatedly contacting them did I receive vague replies - but never a clear shipping date or courier name.
Here's the real trap:
They never told me they would refund only part of my money - but if you make the mistake of sending them your IBAN, they will only refund half the amount, based on terms buried in their website.
They don't warn you, they don't negotiate - they simply keep 50% of your money once you ask for a refund. That's how they operate: fake orders they never fulfill, then trick customers into partial refunds under the cover of fine print.
⚠️ Avoid arredatutto.com at all costs. It's not a store - it's a system built to deceive and profit from customers' frustration.
