Rating:Anyone thinking of buying something from this online store, think twice before doing so, because once you submit your purchase order, you will never receive a confirmation email, neither your merchandise. your card is going to be charge under the name of an entity called www.suqeti.com/ when in reality you bought from www.fastenane.com/ which will never respond your emails. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them but no one respond to my messages. Save yourself your money and time with this people.

Rating:THIS IS A SCAM !!! If you haven't received your merchandise contact Paypal.com and open a dispute for non receipt of merchandise to get your money refunded.

Rating:On July 7, 2022, I too fell victimized to this fraudulent website by purchasing Omni Drop Program Bundle of 3 Products. This SCAMMER claims they sent the products but I never received it. I too sent emails and called there FAKE number to confirm/track my order with no success. So, I filed a claim with PayPal on July 19th. On July 20th, this SCAMMER sends me an email indicating I will receive my order "within 3-5 working days". On July 21st, the SCAMMERS send me another email with the "FAKE" USPS tracking number indicating the package was delivered on Saturday, July 16th at 7:51pm. On July 22nd, PayPal sends me an email indicating my case was denied because the merchant's shipment tracking confirms that the merchandise was delivered. CONSUMERS BEWARE FASTENANE.COM IS A SCAM.

Rating:I had the same sequence of events as Jay above, except that Paypal has refunded me. Perhaps Paypal has caught up to their elaborate scam system. I also received no package or tracking, and then AFTER filing a Paypal claim I get an email with a USPS tracking number that shows delivery a week ago. How do they get these fake tracking numbers that work on a real site?!? Even if it had been sent, them not sending me a tracking number gives me no chance to monitor my shipments. I also started getting new spam calls on my phone which I hadn't gotten for quite awhile because I block numbers calling me who I don't know.
This website fastenane.com needs to get shut down.

Rating:Rated a scam. Bought merchandise but never received it or shipping details. When I contacted PayPal they sent a shipping invoice to me and them but didn’t any name or address on it so I went to the post master and the looked the tracking number and found out it was sent to another address and not by mistake it was a phantom box of only 8 ounces and my was 20 pounds so PayPal sides with the merchant cause they produced a shipping invoice ( with no name or address on it) go figure now I contacted my bank so they can investigate and I’m still fighting charges !!! 😡 fastenane. Com
