User reviews about the Phenofx.com website are mixed. Some users praise the platform for its easy-to-use interface, quality finance courses, exceptional customer service, and 24/7 support. These users report positive experiences with Phenofx, highlighting that they have had no issues withdrawing or depositing money.

On the other hand, several users warn that Phenofx is a scam. They report receiving persistent and unsolicited phone calls from the company's representatives, who use high-pressure tactics to convince them to invest. These users claim that the representatives are unprofessional and sometimes become aggressive when their scam attempts fail. Some also mention that the company has been falsely advertising, using names like Elon Musk to attract potential victims.

Some users who invested with Phenofx report difficulties withdrawing their funds, with the company constantly demanding more money before allowing them to access their profits. One user even shares a detailed account of their negative experience with Phenofx, describing how the company's representatives kept asking for more investments and made false promises about potential profits.

However, a few users have reported positive experiences with the platform, mentioning that the trading process is simple and enjoyable. Despite these positive reviews, it's important to consider the negative experiences shared by others and exercise caution when dealing with Phenofx.

Scam, the guy calling saying I acquired them about bitcoin or I looked into this company that I never heard of, a complete lie, he is saying I need to pay 320$, even if Im saying Im not interested, I said "I bought crypto in 2017 from a friend who is a broker and I myself is a futures contract trader, so I know you're lying, and I never looked into your so called company, when the guy got caught he started getting frustrated and being loud and saying that Im jerking his turkey and Im wasting his time lol.
Never heard of them, never wanted to look for them, random call with a unreasonable persistence, he doesn't listen to what im saying, just trying to get you to pay something with a bunch of lies that never happened. So please be careful and stay away from this scammers.

Lol..... Spoke to their agent of a add from Facebook after a long conversation and asking alot of financial question which he could not answer more sort of brushing them off he Cut Me Off. Maybe realised he couldn't scam me... Lol, I'd realised they just trying to get your money with no real product other than directing you towards forex or metatrader4 which you can do yourself, newly listed company no credentials for them. After doing a bit. More digging. So Be warned.

100% Scam....gave the money but didn't upload my personal information which I think that's what they are really after. They website is shit and that's when I realized it was a scam. They call none stop and keep saying I have to upload my documents to get the money back. They are very good and persistent, I can't believe I fell for it...it's so embarrassing! At least it's a small amount of money and didn't upload all the personal information. DON'T DO IT!

    PhenoFX is 100% scam!!

In the below lines I'm writing about my 10 days experience with PhenoFX.

First of all, PLEASE do not trust them! They deserve a 0 star review, but the minimum I can choose is 1 star!
My story started when Dominic Cook (Account Manager) called me and convinced me to activate an account with PhenoFX and start trading with only $250, and after I activated my account, Ben Miller (Account Manager) contacted me and showed me that they have a very good rate on Trustpilot then he told me that I need to fund the account with $5,000 so he can use "High frequency trades" so I can earn 30-40% in few days and after I transferred the $5,000 on 12-May-2022, he opened 4 tradings which earned $2,800 in just 5 minutes, then he asked me to fund the account with more $10,000 so the account could be more profitable.
Unfortunately, I trusted him and transferred more funds to the account which arrived 16-May-2022, and on the same day he convinced me to transfer more $5,000 which will work as insurance and backup for the account and he promised that they will not ask for more money again.
During our call on 18-May-2022, he told me that he has a good offer for me which includes:
    Equity of $50,000
    VIP condition: 2 weeks.
    5-7 high frequency trades
But I have to fund the account with more $10,000, and when I refused, he opened 6 new trades, and my account balance was $30,000 on that day, and in the morning he told me that the system has locked out all of the trades as all of them... Read more
