Rating:Ordered XXL bras that would barely be considered medium. When I asked for refund they told me that no refunds could be issued for “user error in ordering an incorrect size”. Total BS.

Rating:I received a dress not a romper with shirts inserted as a romper should be. Cant even get over my boobs...and showed a picture that there was no shorts attached inside the dress and they said its my fault for not ordering correctly! WHAT! If my receipt says romper ,how did i order incorrectly? Bullshit..I'd Give negative stars if available!

Rating:I ordered the California Romper and received a dress with no shorts or pockets. This was the comment I got back from them: "Our internal team noticed there was a difference between the product photo and the product description on our website for the Serx California Romper.
I understand that the descriptions found on our website were meant for a Romper. But technically, we have sent you the same product as shown on our website." SO it's my fault that their website was incorrect? Ugh!

Rating:I also received dresses not rompers and I’ve sent my items back for a refund and have been getting nothing but the run around. Some idiot calling himself Neyo saying that they haven’t heard from me when I have a trail of emails as evidence. I’m seeking legal action as this is beyond a scam this is now a war!!!
