This a scam website, this is how it works, pretty common.

They offer some high dollar shiny object for an incredibly low price, photos the whole 9 yards. They only accept PayPal and this is important. Eventually you'll get something cheap and not what you ordered. A mistake of course according to the "company", they attempt to get you to resolve it for a discount/partial refund, if you refuse, they tell you it has to be returned to be to get a refund. You complain to PayPal, PayPal says sure, just return it and we'll make sure you get your money back, just make sure you return it with some kind of tracking to prove they received it.

That will cost you probably about as much out of your pocket as to make the partial refund make sense, your frustrated you go ahead and take the partial refund and cut your losses, and at that point PayPal washes it's hands.

Magic metal sculpture is a huge rip off. 12” tall. Cheap metal that rusted after 2 weeks. Never worked as video advertising. Very disceptive. I learned my lesson. I trashed it. Probably cost 3 dollars to construct.

Everything was fine received the product in good condition and was satisfied until I put it together and mounted it per instructions but it didn't work as advertised.

I was fortunate enough to have a windy day to see how it would do but it didn't make one full revolution so I move it to a higher location to get more wind and again nothing. That's when I decided to return it. Now I am not saying that it won't work but you better be having some fairly high wind levels like 70 mph and we don't have those kind of winds unless it a tornado.

All that being said when I first contact Wubhoty customer service they wanted pictures and copies of the order forms which I produced and they wanted to first give me a 10% refund and then a 15% refund and I could keep everything but I wanted a full refund and I have yet to hear back fro them.

The think is they advertise a 100% refund if not satisfied. Please note that there are different companies that offer the same product so be aware . Well I finally got a response and they up their offer to 20% and if I chose to return it I would have to pay for the shipping. I told them to send me a return shipping address.

I got ripped off too. Wish I had found this website before spending $60 for the spinner. It doesn’t work at all! Have emailed them and they wanted pictures which I sent. Now they want a video. And try it under a fan! Don’t order anything from them. Plus it said made in US but reading their emails, it is clear they are oriental and I assume it comes from China. Wish I could give it negative stars.

I ordered the spinner. According to their site they supposedly manufacture their products in the US and ship from the US also. they don't. It is all a lie. When I ordered it took 1 month to receive the product because it was shipped from China. After receiving the item and seeing that it is about 12 inches big and when I tried it it spins for about a minute or two then stops. You have to manually spin it to get it to go again only to repeat the same 2 minutes later. I emailed for a refund and they are only offering 15%. They are a rip off. I don't recommend anyone ordering from this place.

China is very deceptive and all for the mighty US dollar. They even tell you what you want to hear “Made in the USA”. All fake. Let’s get “Made in the USA” real again, bury China!

Paypal actually refunded my money. The photos for the wind sculpture are stolen from the website of the artist who actually created the real one--and are about 1/20th the size of the real one. The description and reviews are likewise stolen from the real website. The product is manufactured and shipped from China, and is worthless--a little thicker than aluminum foil, but not much. A bird landing on it would bend it. Forget it holding up in wind, and it was already rusted a bit when it arrived. If you do order one, do NOT click on the link they provide for tracking or you will be haunted by a computer PUP. These people are the lowest of the low.
