Rating:I ordered a cat tree from this place, and was charged for two of them somehow on seperate orders..i have tried to get ahold of them for 2 weeks and cant reach them. I also have not received my order and imagine i never will.

Rating:This company advertises other companies' products at a fraction of the cost.
I inquired about a few items on their website. They responded but could not answer the basic question about the products. Since the company logos are visible in the photo, I reached out to them. They told me they do not sell their products through 3rd party sites and that this site was a scam.
The product on this site was $49.99 and the real version is over $900 and requires freight shipping because it's so heavy.

Rating:I ordered a cat tree on Jan 6th 2022, and after following tracking, it was supposedly delivered to an address, but not mine.
I contacted the person from that address, and they stated they never received anything either.
I checked the details, and the info stated the parcel was under 2kg - not possible for a timber cat tree.
I've contacted them, but still no response. I've now reported it to PayPal to get a refund.

Rating:I've ordered a cat tree. Received a tracking number, but it got sent to another person. But it wasn't even my packege, just wrong tracking number. They won't respond and I bet I'll never gonna see what I bought.

Rating:i have ordered a thing for 60 EUR. Received a Chinese tracking nr.
Then suddenly i found out, that packet was delivered to someone else. Post service in my country says that my name was not in the packet. Now the Elstery webside is closed.
