Rating:I ordered a coffee brown wig in March 2022. I never received a tracking number. I reached out to paypal and finally got a response and a BLONDE WIG. I sent various emails to the service email asking about an exchange. They kept sending me the same information about returns and options. I could send it back, but no mention of an exchange. I had to forward pictures of the blonde wig in order for them to accept the return. They further told me that I would pay for the shipping and they would reimburse. I received the return address and prepared the package for return. I took it to the post office today and the shipping was $59.95. Bare in mind, the wig was only $35.00 plus tax and shipping. REALLY? I feel it is a SCAM. After filing a complaint and backup to Paypal, I will be refunded the amount for the wig in full! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
