Rating:This website has a disconnected phone number and does not reply to any “contact us” email link emails. To say their communication is poor is an understatement. While I did receive my item ( no notice of it being shipped even now on their website) I was taxed on a non taxable item. I have no recourse as they don’t respond to my emails. One of their “contact” emails for assistance on their site is actually a “no-reply” email address. The other just gets no responses. I finally got what I think is a working email from PayPal as they were able to contact them, but still no acknowledgement or reply to my email

Rating:I ordered from this website 3 weeks ago, and I cannot even get an update on my order.
The email address they use is no good!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, unless you have money to burn‼️

THEY SEND YOU A WRONG OR INCORRECT ITEM THAT THEY ORDERED WITH THEIR CREDIT CARD KNOWING THAT WHEN YOU RETURN IT THEY WILL GET THE CREDIT, NOT YOU. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST.

Rating:I placed 3 orders for coffee pods at an unbelievable price! I recieved no tracking info but my order was marked as "fulfilled" on the website. I tried using the help form and the "Contact Us" email to get my tracking info and recieved ZERO response. The phone number is not working either.
When I couldn't get a response from anyone, I filed a "I haven't recieved my item" PayPal claim for each order. I recieved an email from UPS 2 days later that showed it was from Bed Bath & Beyond?! I hadn't placed any orders with them. When the package arrived, it contained 4 of the 5 items from that order. It also contained an invoice for those 4 items at FULL PRICE which had been paid by someone else ( someone I don't know in NJ) and then it had been shipped to me!
My full order cost was $76.99 for 5 items. I only recieved 4 of the items and it cost someone $119.96!! I still have 2 boxes coming, from FedEx, but this site is roping people in to some kind of credit card scheme!! BEWARE!!!

Rating:Total scam site. Fake address and fake phone number. Already filed a claim with Paypal. Their email addrees are all fake but the email where the maoney is going is kapp.akeepo492@gmail.com . This is a fake web site from Vietnam. Stay away.

Rating:Ordered from them before I read the reviews. Never got my package. Escalated the refund to PayPal and they sent a tracking number for a package being delivered in Pennsylvania and I’m in Texas. Finally got ahold of customer service. They checked the tracking number and refunded my money. They sent PayPal another tracking number that had been delivered to NY. Even after I got my refund.

This page is more false than anything, I makes an order and the tracking number never came to me, so I started to investigate, the emails and telephones on the website do not exist. and when you buy something, you are depositing your money by paypal to that man, it is from Vietnam and it is a scam, I am very angry

Rating:I ordered something from them and NEVER received it. I filled a claim with PayPal and got a refund. I tried everything to get a hold of them before I did this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY!!!

Rating:This website is a scam!!! i ordered 3 boxes of Pampers diaper quantity in each supposedly 168 diapers per box but they shipped from”buybuybaby” 3 boxes with quantity 78 diapers each box. Which did not add up to the correct quantity. Their phone number and address was fake. Most likely this website ordered products from stolen credit cards

I purchased 2 small boxes of coffee from these people, through my PayPal account.
I received a tracking number from PayPal email saying that my merchandise had been delivered to "inside delivery" which is not possible as I live in a secure building... so I checked with UPS. The tracking number they had given to PayPal was not for me, and was delivered to a local hospital. I contacted Paypal and they twice (one on appeal) denied my claim and refund because the seller had given a tracking number. I even provided a letter from UPS showing the address that the package had been delivered; they were unable to verify the delivery. (probably due to the volume of packages they deliver to the hospital) so I opened a claim with them - they refund the seller!! After busy signals and returned emails to the seller, I am still out my money or purchase. Interestingly enough, my order shows "on hold" on their website. These sellers have it down, and how to work the system. I am very disappointed in PayPal as well, for denying my claim - even after submitting proof form UPS that the package was delivered to a different address than my own. Not a good representation of using they're service if al the seller has to do is submit a bogus tracking number and ship" to a hospital.

Rating:Same as everyone else I ordered 2 boxes of pampers on 3-13-2020 today is 3-18-2020 and it still says processing, email and phone number are no good, isn’t there a way to shut down this website?

Rating:This company is a scam. I have contacted PayPal but have not as yet heard back from them. I have tried contacting the company three times--but they do not reply. I guess you have to check out every company that you buy from prior to your purchase. I had assumed that due to the fake name--Best Warehouses and having a PayPal pay authorization that this would be a safe vendor. When I printed my receipt--it was from Nguyen huu hong--not Best Warehouses.

Rating:I guess I should have checked the reviews. Hate to say it but most Asian websites are not reliable. But then there are scams everywhere. Ordered 3 cases of coffee pods and check everyday to see when they are coming. Now the server is down so probably out of business and money gone.
