Rating:I paid 19.99 US$ for a Rocketbook. Tried to contact the supplier regarding an update on the status of my order. Initially received a blunt response telling me to be patient as we are in the midst of a pandemic. Fair point but still no excuse for poor customer service.
Now over a month after order placed item still not been despatched and the website is no longer available.

Rating:If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
I ordered a reusable notebook and pens from ReUse notebook.
I put in the order over two weeks ago, and their website is showing the item has not been shipped. I have contacted the company twice for an update and have not received a response. I do not believe they ever intend to send the product, if the product even exists at all.
I will wait one more week, and then I will be calling my credit card company to dispute the charges, as the ReUse does not seem to have an intention of actually sending the product or communicating with the customer.

Rating:Total scam. I've been waiting 49 days for an order that has not even been shipped. The latest is they have created a fake tracking number. They cannot be contacted. Do not buy from them!
