    Saw the same exact vintage collectible item that was listed on Amazon.com listed on Bestsuts for about 59% off the Amazon listing price. Foolishly assumed original seller simply listed items on multiple selling platforms. Bestsuts accepts major credit cards and Paypal so I figured they were a legitimate seller. I paid for the item on 11/4/2021. There was zero communication from Bestsuts regarding shipment, tracking #, etc.... I ended up contacting Paypal and disputing the payment. Paypal initially denied my dispute because seller provided a UPS tracking # showing the item was delivered in my town. I contacted UPS on 11/17/2021 and a CSR informed me that she couldn't tell me who the package was delivered to in my town because of their privacy protection policy but was able to confirm it was addressed and delivered to someone other than myself miles away from my address. She told me to call Paypal and have a CSR contact UPS to verify this information. I got off the phone with UPS and called Paypal immediately and spoke to a very helpful CSR who stated he could help me and kept me on the line while he verified the tracking destination information with UPS. He came back on the line in less than 10 minutes and informed me that my dispute was legitimate and that he was closing the case in my favor. My Paypal account was refunded that same day.
