Rating:Bad Trust Score? Spimbey has the quickest Customer Service I‘ve ever experienced. They directly replied to e-mail with several questions.

Rating:Beautiful climbing frames and website. Talked with customer service agent to purchase one for my daughter in Spring. He was very patient and friendly. Finally I bought one and looking forward to receive my Spimbey playset. Absolutely legit company

Rating:So the reviews started out great, and now they are either 100% negative or have been scrubbed from facebook and instagram.
Rather odd isn't it that their facebook page doesn't have a review rating or a review tab?
My advice would be to check out the BBB ratings and recent ratings on reddit.
I had to dispute the charges on my credit card to get my money back after Spimbey said they would refund me the money.

Rating:this company is a complete scam. after waiting 2 months for my play set, I tried to cancel. TRIED. even though I wrote countless emails saying I wanted to cancel, I want to stop shipment (because there still wasn't a shipping date, had not left the warehouse) of my play set, they didn't. They told me they refunded my credit card, but charged it instead. Now even though I cancelled the order weeks ago, they are making me pay to ship the play set back to them. Yep, they still shipped it to me even after telling them not to. And every time I emailed about cancelling my order, they replied that I just need to be patient. These people are a headache, pain in the a**, do not bother. you will regret it.

Rating:I ordered a playset and as others have noted, got the run around. They took full payment up front and it was excuses and delays for months after. They do not allow comments on social media and if you do comment (on Facebook, for example) it will be removed. Customers post angry emojis instead, since Spimbey can't remove them. They also appear to pay for postive reviews on Google - some are verbetim in broken English, and they come in waves of reivews. Buyer beware. There's a Facebook group dedicated to how awful the company is to deal with, with real customers sharing real experiences and advice for getting your money back.
