Rating:I responded to an Interned ad and was led to believe that the two pairs of shoes that I ordered would be shipped relatively quickly. My charge card was charged $107.00 immediately. After two weeks and having not been advised via email of any shipment from their alleged warehouse in China, I inquired as to my order status? I received a return email stating that because of Covid-19 their staff is working from home and they do not have a shipping date for my order. I am not positive that this is a scam? However I am left thinking I have been scamed due to the fact that they have billed my VISA, and two weeks later the order has not yet been shipped, the likelihood of a scam is strong? However they do respond to emails.

Rating:I purchased 3 posture Bras which have no support whatsoever. They are NOT a support bra. I have contacted them but they are making offers other than refunding my money. Their off is keep the bra and they will give me $50 coupon to spend at their store. I do not want anything from their store. They are a scam. Do Not buy from this store.

Rating:I purchased one bra from HH America or Hatmeo (?) which turns out to be Heiomai in China, for a total of AU$64.79 (AUD59.80 + 4.99) using PayPal. It is not the same as the bra advertised online. Looks similar but not a support bra by any means. I contacted the company several times only to be finally offered a refund of AU$45.80 when the bra is returned to them in China. This followed a previous offer of a AU$30 voucher and a AU$4 partial refund. They also used delay tactics, initially requesting more details about the 'issue' when I clearly and simply requested a refund. I will not let this go and I want a full refund. DO NOT purchase anything from this company and if you have already and received the same 'run around', report them anywhere and everywhere to avoid this happening to any other innocent and trusting human being.

Rating:To add to the above Heomai 'story', I packaged the bra to return it given the above offer of a return of AU$45.80. As I was about to pay the post office AU$20 I hesitated thinking I don't trust this organisation. I've already spent AU$64.70, I'm about to pay an additional $20 on postage to return the bra and there's no guarantee that this company will actually refund me the offer of AU$45.80....so, I DID NOT post it. When I looked at my email later, I'd received another email from Heomai with a subsequent offer of a refund of $15 and to NOT return the bra and save postage costs. At this point, I thought to cut my losses and accepted the ridiculous offer as I simply did not trust that they would return the $45.80 to me once I posted back the bra, paying AU$20! This I regret and PayPal have now been contacted about the matter. I have no idea whether I will get my money back. I would like to pose the question: Where is it acceptable, to pay $64.79 for a bra with a full refund policy, with a subsequent return postage cost of AU$20, to be offered only AU$15 by Heomai as a 'so-called' refund and not to bother to return the bra? I would end up paying AU$64.79 - AU$15 = AU$49.79 for a bra I do not want! This organisation is set to profit AU$49.79, minus the small cost of the bra, every time they post out a bra, regardless of whether the item is accepted by the customer! How many people do they do this to? (start looking above!). If they do this to 1000 innocent customers, they make... Read more

I have a made a FORMAL COMPLAINT concerning the incorrect description of a puppy as an in interactive, robotic toy ordered via YOUJE
It seems only to bark and run and would not be a suitable toy for a young child. In any case it did not arrive before Christmas.
UK law states that it is an UNFAIR CONTRACT for a retailer to demand the return of faulty goods to a foreign Country and that, for a limited period that same applies under the DISTANCE SELLING controls for goods returned for any reason.
Awaiting final decision from Paypal to escalate matters as I am not happy that they want to resolve matter by offering a personal credit note in addition to the refund if I return the goods to China. Not happy and asking for a FINAL PAYPAL DECISION to enable escalation of the issue to the Regulator, Trading Standards or my Member of Parliament. Will send a link to this page to Paypal!
