Rating:This website wreaks of fraud. The reviews are all fake. At the time of writing, all of the reviews are 5 stars, no names are mentioned, and there is no way to verify them. The website is built on a professional looking Shopify theme, giving it the appearance of legitimacy, but do not proceed. I would not purchase the DF64 grinder from them. Instead, consider a reputable source, where others have clearly demonstrated that they have made successful purchases.

Rating:I would avoid doing business with DF64coffee.com. I ordered a DF64 ver 2 and they shipped through FedEx. Progress stopped right out of customs. I waited a couple of days and called FedEx. They confirmed that the package was lost in transit and suggested that I reach out to the shipper to get a replacement/refund.
I emailed support and they sent me a message saying they were sorry to hear that I was having trouble with FedEx, that they would reach out to fulfillment for more info, and that I should send them another "bummer" email in 7 days if I don't hear back from them.
I contacted FedEx again a few days later. They confirmed, once again, that the package was lost and said that a rep for DF64 already filed the claims paperwork to get their money back. I reached back out to DF64 asking for an update from them (at this point, it was 5-days into the 7-day "bummer" period). They didn't respond.
I had to file a charge-back with my CC this morning to reclaim my money. Run far, far away from DF64coffee.com.
