Rating:This company is a total scam. I contacted them letting them know they sent the package to the wrong state. They said they would investigate this and refund my card. I told them I would prefer the merchandise. I have still not heard anything from them.

Rating:They promised me to send in 1-2 days a mail with tracking... We are 15 days later... No answer on their helpdesk (5 times I complained!!!!) , no package!!!!

Rating:I ordered some shoes for my mom on Oct. 4th, was told that the package will be investigated by the currier. I have been told nothing, I would email them and the only person that emailed me back was "Lucy" everytime. She also said that if the shoes were not here on the 28th that she refund the whole amount back to cc. I tried emailing them again and the email comes back undeliverable. Yes, assholes... I'm going to my bank as well to take back the money they owe us as well.

Rating:Yep. Good ol' "Lucy." Mine was "delivered," to Kat Man Do. My bank is investigating, so im pretty sure Lucy and tue rest of her croonies can suck big fat ones. I hope everyone attached to that scam sight get prison time.

Rating:Ordered an electrial panel box, it was shipped from China! It shipped to Texas and last tracking was " out for delivery" " waiting for scan" in TEXAS! Im in Florida. Pkg is a month late. The help158@order-mail.net email is no longer in existence.

Rating:This merchant opened a new website called ‘himssweet.shop’ . I had ordered cotton ropes on oct 6th 2021. The order never arrived, i kept emailing their customer care help158@order-mail.net , Lucy(fake name) once replied the package is delayed due to pandemic . But i kept tracking thre shipment , after a month It was delivered in Houston Texas .
the site is not reachable now , and theres is no one to contact . I found out this website is related to Morepositive.com from my bank statement where the merchant name was mentioned as MOREPOSITIVE.COM HTTPSMOREPOSIWY.
i have raised a complaint in the http://www.econsumer.gov/en/ site . It looks there are many people who’s been deceived by this fraud seller from China.

Rating:DON'T ORDER FROM MOREPOSITIVE.COM. this is a scam. I ordered a tool box and after a month, it said the box was delivered in Ma. I gave them an Ohio address. They will not respond to resolve the issue. I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission.

Rating:Total scam artists. Gladly took my money, but I waiting over a month for product. Emails sent three times were never answered . Filed complaint with credit card company and they initially said morepositive sent the product and it was delivered. Morepositive could not provide any evidence of shipping, tracking or delivery claim.
They finally agreed to credit my card. Caught red handed!
