Rating:I have ordered since 8/8/21 order number 3095. Have sent numerous email but they come back saying no such email. This company is a rip off. Do not buy anything from them,

Rating:I also, got scammed by this company. Ordered dog bed, they took my money, from my card, said it was shipped, and never got it. Pawpep is a total scam.

Rating:I too ordered 2 dog beds for free. All I pay was shipping. Credit card charged, but no beds. They are unresponsive to any inquiries. No phone number and no reply to numerous emails. Will report to my CC company as a scam.

Rating:Total scam. They will charge your card immediately, then have use of your money while they delay, delay, delay shipping. When they finally responded to contact, they said the order number I gave was invalid, that theirs were longer. This was the only order number on the confirmation email or on the "check your order" link page within that email. Reputable companies only final charge when the shipment goes out the door. This company also, I noticed, has a line on their website now about extremely low stock, so order NOW!!! Simply trying to hook in more people. Reputable companies with low stock use that stock first to place existing orders, and second will never charge for a new order until the stock has been replenished and the backordered item is shipped. These people are con artists, just trying to get use of our money while they stall. Charge disputed with my credit card company. Do not trust, do not order.

Rating:Dispute with your bank and you'll get your money back! Don't waste another minute waiting for your item (which is never going to show up). I was directed to the Shop app (which is Shopify) to check the tracking, except that app does NOT provide a tracking number and after speaking with Shopify, they just tell you to go back and deal with it with Cloudlyy (PawPep). Dead end! Dispute!

Rating:Hi, I was scammed out of money by this company/person. They advertized a free cat bed and the customer pays the shipping. By the time I realized, there website was gone. There was a very similar looking ad recently on Instagram. I reported it and it was removed.
