Rating:Don't buy Halloween Pumpkins -- they don't look like what is advertised. Ugly and poor craftsmanship.

Rating:Please do not buy the Halloween Pumpkins or anything off of this website. Total false advertising. The pumpkins I purchased are extremely poor quality and NOT as pictured or advertised on their website. I tried to return them right away, but there is no way to contact them. The contact information is false. Im so sorry that I am out of a hundred plus dollars of my hard earned money and that this makeshift company is laughing all the way to the bank. I had to rate with one star but they deserve zero stars. You have been warned!!!!!!!

Rating:Total scam. I purchased a fall door wreath. In the picture, it was huge and very nice. When I received it, I was very disappointed; very thin piece of cardboard and was damaged. I emailed asking for refund and was told to glue the piece back on. I'm sorry, when I purchase a product I shouldn't have to glue a part on. Especially since I paid full price. Also you don't deal with the company who is advertised as husband and wife owners in the U.S.

Rating:Don’t purchase from this company. I purchased some solar Christmas trees and they are totally junk. Do not work. Trying to send back but find it costs $40 to send back a $69 set. They tried to say I was doing something wrong and I finally said I do not want these. They are junk! He gave me a return address but it’s to China and had I known the stuff was coming from there I would not have purchased.

Rating:Don't let the website name (etsy-craft.com) fool you. This is NOT etsy. I wanted to support local small businesses in the USA and made a purchase without doing my homework! I'm only out $22 but I hate this kind of trickery.

Rating:I recently purchased a set of three carborundum cleaning sponges on a Mother's Day promotion they were having. It was buy three/get three free deal which I thought was fair enough. The shipping was average but they only sent me three. No bonus sponges. I've been in contact with the seller via email to resolve with no success (several back and forth emails so far). No matter how I explain it (screenshots included, I kid you not), they still don't or won't understand what I'm trying to explain. One chance to impress me and I'm gone. They keep insisting that I chose the option for one sponge even though my order clearly shows a purchase of three. Seems very shady to me.

Rating:Do NOT purchase from this company. I fell for the Etsy name, never noticing until it was too late that the domain shifted to etcycrafts.com when placing the order. The product, a hummingbird feeder, was advertised on Instagram, shipped from China and arrived broken. All cheap plastic, the $22 item arrived in a smashed box and no padding. I asked for a refund and was told to glue the piece back on, then offered a 10% discount. This is the third lousy product I’ve ordered through an Instagram ad. I’m done with getting scammed but can anyone tell me how to report a horrible company to Instagram? I tried but none of the choices really fit. Zero stars.

Rating:I wish I did my research before purchasing from etcy crafts. I bought a dress online that looked really nice the minute i tried it on i hate it. I asked for a refund right away. And i got a very dissatisfied answer the girl told me i get what i paid for and she will offer me 10% back from what i paid for. Or give it to a friend or family member. Are u kidding me? It looked like a moo moo dress on me, i'm too embarassed to give it to someone else to wear. So the next reply the girl says yes you did buy a moo moo dress just wear a belt with it. I"ve talked to 3 different people, the last one told me i can get a refund but they dont cover shipping the shipping will be $20US and that they think its pointless to send it back and once again reminded me to wear the moo moo dress with a belt. Im speechless. They dont even deserve a 1 star.
