Rating:Order was received after 30 days, but was not a bounce house as ordered and paid for, instead was a package of 4 pairs socks.

Rating:I was down to about a three week supply of Chlorine Tablets for our swimming pool, so I ordered a 40lb. bucket of chlorine tablets from Dressfead that was listed at $60.85. That amount was deducted from my debit card the folling day. After 30 days, and several E-mails, I'm still waiting for my order to arrive. I'm told to be 'patient'. I asked to cancel my order and refund my purchase price, I was told that it can't be cancelled. They also mentioned that it was coming via 'air'. 30 days, so far, WTF?

Rating:The only way to 'rate' is with stars, if there was a 'zero', I would pick that rating. I am by far, NOT a happy customer. BUYER BE AWARE!!! Thirty-one (31) days and counting, still waiting for my order!

Rating:TOTAL scam. They sell pool supplies but have no intent of delivering what they sell. They will not accept order cancellations. They are clearly based in China and operate under no regulations. I have reported them to FTC and plan to report to PayPal.

Rating:Super Scammers. As some previous folks. I ordered a 40lb. Container of 3" chlorine tablets. I e-mailed pzypal the same day cause I had a feeling this was not a legit site. They refused to stop payment and a day later denied my despute stating there was nothing suspicious. I also e-mailed the company with a response that my order was on the way. Ok, so a week later I also received 5 pair of socks. I am currently re-opening my case with pay pal for this transaction. I tried to go on dressfead website and it no longer exists. A big negative rating for me. How dare paypal not know this is a bogus website? So pissed!! :(

Rating:Total scammers. Bought a pool pump lid, after a month and a half we are still waiting for tracking info.

Rating:Ordered chlorine tablets for my pool. After 30 days I received a cheap leather wallet. They said they would re ship my chlorine. After 2 more weeks now they say the shipment was lost. I asked for refund and they say they will only give me 60% back. They kept 40% for shipping and handling cost. China scam artists! Don’t buy from this site!

Rating:Total scam. Does not deliver what is ordered. Instead a cheap token item is sent. When i try to contact them, i receive no response. I am reporting them to the federal trade commission for online fraud.

Rating:I ordered 40 pounds of pool chemicals on 9/23/2021. It listed they were in Florida, but in actuality it was coming from China. They gave me a tracking number. The post office said it was 11 ounces and delivered on 10/18/2021. I have been emailing this company back and forth. The USPS said they believe I was scammed. I do as well. Stay away!!

Rating:In august I 0rdered pool chlorine and receives 1 oven mitt! They would not refund the money. I asked them to reship they said they would I never got it. They said they would refund my purchase after they deducted 40%. They offered to resend and again it never came.
Still trying to get my money back.
Stay away from this seller.

Rating:Order pool pump and due to a shipping backlog was told to be patient. Another few months went by and receive a tank top that wouldn’t fit me. Contacted the seller and they would resend the order. This time it was received in Florida and then it was loss. Contacted the seller for a refund but they only wanted to give me 60% back. After getting them to give me 80% I am still waiting on the refund. They stated it would take 7 to 14 days to be received. It it now 23 days later and nothing. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Truly a scam.

Rating:And what is the deal with PayPal? I got an email that appears to be from PayPal for the purchase and my bank statement shows the charge was through PayPal, but there is no such transaction on the PayPal website under my account? Try contacting PayPal if you have 5 or 6 hours to spare, because they are unattainable. It seems like PayPal should be making these refunds and clearly involved. By the way, I ordered 35lbs of chlorine Sept. 19, 2021, from dressfead.com. They sent us a shirt sleeve which tracking did not show delivered until weeks later. The merchant account who processed my bankcard should be held accountable.

Rating:I also call PayPal and my bank neither would refund the money. Because it was passed their cut of time for it to be looked into. This is a bad showing on everyones part. I would like to know where to report them.
Wish I was able to give a negative 20 stars but it won’t let me.

i also ordered pool chlorine tablets and they sent me a bogus date of delivery and a tracking number with a bogus list of places it was in transit from from China. My pool tablets never arrived. I sent emails to the dressfead site with no answer and when i called their number, OF COURSE, it was disconnected.

Rating:DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! Looks to be out of Florida but it is a Chinese scam. If you contact them they will seem polite and accommodating, even offering to send you the item ( that was never delivered) again. They send you a fake tracking page and when it finally says it has arrived in your area it shows as lost. I think I have to leave a star rating but I wouldn’t even give it a 1.
