Wanted to purchase chlorine tablets for my pool and this website came up offering it for a ridiculously low price. About 75% of legit suppliers. Also they appear to be a clothing company, which made me more suspicious. I chose a reputable company I trust instead

Ordered a stainless steel heat exchanger and paid about $65. A letter size package arrived in the mail with a plastic fiber raincoat in it. My emails to their customer service go unanswered.

I would give them a negative amount of stars but am unable to.

Update: there was an answer to my emails. They requested that I send pictures of the received item. I also sent a screenshot of the item I was supposed to get. They apologized and agreed to send the ordered item. We shall see. Stay tuned for further updates.

I ordered a pool cleaner and received a .99 cent tee shirt, a Scam.

I would recommend they get kicked off the site

Total Scam website. Do not order from them. They ship from Wuhan, China, not US. You will never get your item and they will lie that it was delivered. I'm suspicious of their shipping company tracking information too. What shipping company leaves a 50 pound chlorine bucket at your mailbox? I have zero issues with deliveries at my house. I just ordered chlorine, what was I thinking? Leslie's pool supply was around the corner? I will not order anything outside of the US again, as this is my third bad experience (other websites appearing legitimate) and no recourse to have any resolve of my orders. After reading the above reviews, now I understand where this strange child sized t-shirt came from, sent from China, that I didn't order? I had to give it one star, because you can't give it zero stars. Very fed up with dishonest people.

Promise to make good on the shipment I ordered has not been fulfilled. In fact when I had re-read the email exchange it seemed to have a mocking tone to it. I was expecting to never see the item delivered and I was right.

PLXMAS that sells on-line Pool Supplies is a Scam out of China. Ordered 50lb. Chlorine Tablets on Aug 4, 2021. Tracking showed it made it to Chicago then was reported "lost" on Sep 15, 2021. Had them resend order. This time tracking reported it made it to our hometown of Tampa on Dec 4,2021 then reported "Lost". After many emails, we demanded a full Refund. An "Allan Morgan" ( great American Name, but a Chinese person clearly typing the broken english emails) who had been responsding tried to negoitiate a reduced refund. Of course we said "No, we need a full Refund". Then no more replies. I reported this to the BBB and State Attorney's Office. They repsoned that we had been scammed. Because it is "out of China" they can't do much. Anything with PLXMAS is a scam, spare yourself the wasted money and grief!!!!

TOTAL SCAM ! Ordered pool chemicals, received ankle socks. They said they'd resend, that shipment got lost in California. They then said they'd resend and send a tracking# when it ships, of course I never received the number. They no longer respond to emails.

TOTAL SCAM. Chinese thieves pretend to ship a $200 3/4 HP pool pump motor for only $68.
Instead I received a $2 USB cable. They said they'd ship a replacement..... 4 times..... but none every arrived. The tracking information said the item was undeliverable...... 4 times...... likely because they mailed an empty envelop to an intentionally incorrect address.

In reality, they simply stalled, hoping to run out the clock so I could not dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Fortunately I smelled their scam early on (the price was too good to be true) and disputed the charge when I received the $2 USB cable (while PLXMAS tried to stall, attempting to negotiate a discount, and promising 4 times to replacement.....always with tracking information, to a undeliverable address.

The credit card company immediately issued a full refund, because they know PLXMAS is a CHINESE SCAMMER

I agree with these comments. I ordered 50 pounds of chlorine and received a tee shirt. After four trys of reshipping, I have given up.

    NEVER, NEVER, NEVER TRUST THEM.

I am unable to rate them lower than one star, but if I could it would be negative 5 stars
