    I bought sunglasses and paid for order. But courier service lost my package. I asked shop to help me and they just wrote that it's not their question any more.

    So, the delivery company can't find my parcel, shop not pay back my money.
    I can call actions of the Amevista like Scam.

    I ordered a pair of sunglasses, I received them damaged and they were not damaged during transport as the packaging was intact. They were dirty and they also had the wrong color. There were scratches on the frame. The Rayban box was looking like it was an old one. They look fake. Until now, the copan refuses to refund and the customer service person was lying in their mail, telling me I received the right one.

    I ordered glasses on December 16 and paid for express delivery within 5 days. On December 23, I was informed that the item would be shipped, but it was only sent on December 24. The express delivery by DHL took 8 days! As a result, the item took 15 days to arrive from the moment of payment. On December 30, the store informed me that the package would arrive that day. I stayed home all day, only to receive a message at 8 PM saying the delivery would be delayed until the next day.

    I absolutely do not recommend this store unless you're prepared to wait 2-3 weeks. As compensation for the "inconvenience," they offered a €10 voucher, but the delivery fee was not refunded. The item itself cost €170.
