Rating:Scammers, waited over a month and nothing. Yet their web site said delivered on December 2 2021.
Customer service is nothing but a rabbit hole. Avoid this alleged vendor. Paypal said if not resolved by March of next year to contact them again! I can’t enter this review without leaving a star definitely not should be no star at all. Wow really!

Rating:I placed an order 33 days ago and have not received it. The “tracking” does not show where the order is. It only shows that it has moved from one sorting center to another.

Rating:They are without a doubt disgusting, deceiving etc.placed a big order in November on the 27th supposedly my order was shipped and should be at my within 3 days. Sorry I placed my order middle of November anyway 3 days later nothing got in touch with the so-called help center e-mailed me back due to the Covid might take at least 31 days by the time I get my package. I had enough then was told UPS was investigating where my packages were. I laughed my ass off so hard I started crying.. l have friends who work with UPS and they said that was Bullshit you think.

Rating:This places is the pits! Took over a month me to receive my order and when I did receive it was nothing like it looked in the catalog.
The pictures that they show of the women's tops appeared to be sweaters everything in their catalog is polyester! I no labels in the clothing? What's that all about?
Bottom line caveat emptor. Buyer beware! Needless to say I will never use them again and I recommend no 1 use them either.

Rating:Never will buy again. Took 50 days to get to Idaho. I haven’t received mine. Item nothing like pictures. Sleeves too short. Comes to waistline doesn’t cover torso. Worst operation ever. When box shows up I’m sending back unopened. Daughters is same item. So disappointed.

Rating:This is the SAME outfit as WOTOBA and ANNIECLOTH that I purchased from back in 2014. Nothing that was sent was as it was shown in the pictures online. This is a hack operation out of China. Stay away. Consider your money GONE. It sucks .

Rating:I ordered a "coat" from nordswear webpage and received a cardigan sweater! It is definitely a scam, the old "bait and switch" method, advertised one "great" thing and receive something of poor quality.
I have a dispute with the credit card company and also have 2 photos, one coat from the website and the one I received. Credit Card will get them if needed, but I have instructed them, NOT to pay.
And noticed AFTER I ordered the coat, there are no "reviews" etc on its website. What a Joke!!! Don't fall for them!!!! And stupid me, I was thinking nordwear........as Nordstrom's. :( If I could, NO stars

Rating:Do not use this online shopping site. It is a total rip off. The item I ordered took more than 3 weeks to arrive. I ordered a size Small and it was waaaay too big - like maybe a size Large that was mislabelled as a Small. When I finally managed to figure out how to contact them (via email), they came up with a bullshit story that it would be too expensive to send the item back to China (!) and would take too long. (Like they don't have a stateside warehouse from which they ship their products.} They told me to donate the item to someone and offered me a 35% refund (excluding taxes & shipping). Otherwise, they provided an address to somewhere in China and told me to take it to USPS/UPS/FedEX and pay whatever the postage might be. Apparently, this rating feature does not provide the option of zero stars, which is what Nordswear deserves, so I'm reluctantly giving it a 1-star rating.

Rating:Waited over a month for ordered; same as other posts, received notification items were delivered days before they were. Half of the items ordered were not fit to wear. They offered 40% back on the items. Will not order from them again.
