Rating:Terrible. I placed an order on November 23 and received confirmation. I never received a item shipped e-mail so I attempted to e-mail customer service. E-mail was returned. The phone number on the site is not a good number. I was billed for the item. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

Rating:This website may be FRAUDULENT! I made a purchase and have not received a shipping confirmation or any correspondence relating to my purchase. I believe I have been ripped off

Rating:I placed an order on 11/30/2020.… payment for item was processed. I received an order number (1417) but after a week when I had not received shipping confirmation tried to email but every attempt was kicked back.
I tried the online form... No response. I tried calling the number which allowed me to leave a message... No response.
When reviewing the charge on American Express, I found some (possibly) VERY USEFUL INFO:

Rating:Ordered item end of November 2020. Received confirmation of purchase but never item. When checked email and went to "check order status" I was directed to an unsafe sight with warnings. Then told site did not exist. Have to contact the bank now to report Thavessas.com worst part os my son didnt get a gift he was so anxiously waiting for.

Rating:I order a sandbox for my nephew at the end of November. Received a confirmation order number. Was suppose to arrive by mid December, it is now Christmas Day and I haven't received it. I tried to send an email but it showed as message not received. So sad that someone out there has cheated so many people on such a day of giving, especially to a child. I know these will not affect this person or ppl but I truly believe that karma has a way of setting things right. You're a horrible and heartless human being.
