Rating:Scammed. Someone got Paypal and Fedex to conference call and got their money back, so point that out when you contact them. There should be a record about that. I got the tracking code AFTER it was SUPPOSEDLY delivered to me. Fedex automated system knows it wasn't sent to my address.
