Rating:The Windows 10 Pro product key did not work. The instructions in the email even said you will get a "too many activations" error.

Rating:Order 2 keys for office and never received the. Multiple saying they were sent. Started dispute with credit card company and now I have to get new credit card numbers since these guys are a fraud.

Rating:Maybe I should have checked reviews. Bought an office pro product key, said they would send the key in 10 minutes, it's been 15 hours now and several reminders but nothing. If I get a key and it works, I'll update, but as for now, there's no key and no more communication.

Rating:I've never bought a product key this way before, but I bought a Windows 10 key November 12 and the website says wait about 10 mins for the link that was never sent. I messaged them the 13th and still haven't gotten a reply 5 days later. I messaged kindly and asked because I'm used to using courtesy on eBay. Said that I didn't find the key in spam and haven't gotten one. I said I might have actually deleted the email (even though I know I didn't) and could they send another one? Shady and beware. No communication.

Rating:Same as many above. Bought 2 keys for Office 2016 and they sent 1 which didn't work, never got the second key.
They're a sham.

Rating:No problems with Keyincentiv! I ordered Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus on 12/21/2021, and received the product key, via email, within an hour. I activated Office by phone (did not bother trying to do it over the internet because that has never worked in the past) and the key was accepted. The software is now registered to me and works perfectly! I'll admit I was a bit skeptical since all the scam detector websites cannot agree on whether a site is suspect or not. I decided to give them a shot since the cost of the key was negligible, but they came through with flying colors!

Rating:Ordered 2 MS Office 2021 keys. Said 10 min turnaround. A day later keys arrived. Neither key worked at the office.com.setup site. Both were rejected. Keyincentiv's workaround was to use a NON-Microsoft website “microsoft.gointeract.io” to do a 'telephone' activation. No telephone involved. It is a WORKAROUND of the Microsoft process. The keys are NOT genuine.

Rating:I ordered 2 MS office 2019 professional plus from them, both can't not authenticate by MS. They send a different key, still not able to. I begin to believe this is a scam. When its too good to be true and it is.
I guess I need to pay full price for a legit product.

Rating:Beware and Stay Clear! Ordered MS Office Pro Plus 2021 key. Didn't work. When they sent me another one, it didn't work either. Both had exceeded the number of uses. They won't give you your money back.

Rating:Bought 2 Office 2016 Keys. They would not activate. Emailed them and they said they would not refund the money without the installation ID. I cannot get that as I bought keys elsewhere and they worked fine. I am reporting them to my bank as fraudulent as they refuse to give me a refund.

Rating:I purchased an Activation Key for MS Office that didn't work. I contacted Customer Support, and KeyIncenive support did actually respond and sent two subsequent activation keys, but they didn't work. It is clear that this website is a total scam.

Rating:Just ordered a Ordered MS Office Pro Plus 2021 key. Have now sent over 4 emails and still no results. No key no program no emails nothing.
This company is a scam and should be taken to court! Or at least taken off the market.

Rating:I purchased 2 activation keys for office pro 2019 and 2021 one day apart. The first key came immediately and installed without issue. I had to contact the company because it wasn't send immediately. The second key was sent a couple of days later but installed just fine. There might have been confusion between ordering both keys one day apart. Both key seems to be working without issue.

Rating:Keyincentiv is a big scam, there's no way they will steal your money if you buy anything from them. Be aware of keyincentiv, it's a big scam.
