Rating:Avoid Lilysasa at all cost. Items are not what they look like on the website. Could have found my "handmade" item ten times cheaper in a store and it would have been of better quality! Customer service answered when I asked about the delivery time but now that I am asking for a refund they play dead. Definitely a scam.

Rating:I completely agree with the comment above!! I paid $35 for a hand-made Gizmo & could've gotten a better quality stuffed animal from 1 of those arcade claw machines!! I too was greated with kindness & even offered a refund when i questioned shipping but when i made contact for my complaint im ghosted & get nothing in return. Im reporting them to the better business bureau & putting them on blast on all social media sites!!! My rate is actually -100 but i haf to pick 1 star to post

Rating:Fake advertising with items. It’s a dropshipping company that obviously orders cheap products. Be warned.

Rating:Scam! Same ordered a Gizmo to later find out the image they used were stolen from an artist on Instagram. They sent me a horrendous looking thing with no tag and some dodgy material that made me sneeze and itch. Reported to my bank.
