Rating:I bought a pellet grill from them. It was shipped very fast and was ready to try it. Fed ex shows up with a metal shed! I refused the package and sent nokojo an email about getting a refund but of course no response. Glad I was here to refuse it as it is impossible to find a way to get ahold of them. Don't think I will buy from them again and hope I get my money back.

Rating:Order a power mower from this company 2 week ago and never received it and cant get a number or a email respond . I'm glad I did paypal so I can get my refund. Please dont trust this company its a scam.

Rating:The Nokojo web site's eCommerce works well, taking the order and payment, and sending an order confirmation.
I sent a message using the site's Contact form, and also by email to support@nokojo.com, but received no response.
I emailed to cancel the tires order. The Paypal payment to Trân Thị Hồng Vịnh shows Pending temporary authorization will be charged when order is completed.
Is Nokojo a scam, or just non functional? Attractive pricing is of no value if they don't deliver or respond to communication.
