Rating:Total Scam website. I purchased an aquarium from them and weeks went by with no word from them at all. The e-mail for their customer service is not valid and attempting to e-mail them results in a MAILER-DAEMON return. The phone number for their customer service goes to the cell phone of some guy with no affiliation of the company. His voicemail says that if you are calling regarding an online purchase, you have been scammed and to please alert the authorities. This 'company' just randomly tossed a phone number on their site and now some guy gets all these calls of people harassing him. The website says that they are located in Wisconsin, and ran by a guy named James Goff, but James Goff is a name they just made up, and the company is actually based in China. The payment I made via Paypal went to a company called "桂林市泉雄科技有限公司", which translates to "Guilin Quanxiong Technology Co., Ltd."
- and I am currently in a dispute on Paypal trying to get my money back from these crooks.
