Rating:I have been cheated. I ordered a Tascam Multi-track recorder. The seller has a professionell looking paying system, connected to Paypal, which fooled me. It is impossible to get contact with the seller through e-mail: fantasyinstil@zohomail.eu. Here is my order: https://www.balanceding.com/order/103197-FHI94236. I am trying to go through Paypal to take some action. This is a criminal site, I will not even give it one star.

Rating:We ordered Tascam Multi-track recorder on 4th April 2021 from Balanceding.com website payment was paid to XIAODANDUXIA 35314369001 sent them email on 8th April 2021 as we did not receive notification of shipping with a tracking number, we sent another email on 10th April and another email on 13th April. Eventually on 15th April we got a reply, the email came from Shuyue guo from a person named Bobo, they said they had shipped out the Tascam Multi-track recorder today and issued me with a tracking number, we received the parcel on 24th April 2021 from Jackson-KJ 3rd Floor, Building 8, Xiangyang City Industrial Park, North Xiangyang 4141000 China. Telephone Number 8617621867865. Inside the parcel was a children's small toy. We emailed Balanceding.com again at their email address; fantasyinstil@zohomail.eu We sent Balanceding.com another email with a photo's of the children's toy they sent us on Sunday 25th April 2021 we sent them two more emails on 27th April and 30th April 2021 to date they have not had a reply. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH BALANCEDING AND TAKE NOTE OF THE NAMES AND ADDRESSES THAT WE HAVE SUPPLIED IN THIS COMMENT.

Rating:Confirmed scam. Ordered a Suzuki interface cable for a boat motor recieved a pot holder. Yes a pot holder. Please at least update your site name to Sum Ting Wong Incorporated and save us all legit people some time and energy. Everyone trying to make a buck off of honest people. Luckily PayPal backs their transactions.

Rating:I tried to contact Seller concerning not receiving the fishing reel I had ordered. I did not get a confirmation of order or that order was shipped or any tracking info.
Today I received a package from seller with a childs tank top shirt which they called a sleeve. I searched the name on google and found they are scammers, other people received similar items in lieu of what they actually ordered. Also they did not respond to the others they scammed. Some of the others are working with PayPal now.

Rating:I ordered a 10’ x 10’ shed from them for $80 and got a damn child’s tank top!! Tried to call the number that is on the package it doesn’t even work I got not only a child’s tank top but a child’s tank top that has a hole in it I am extremely pissed was totally scammed and you can’t even get a hold of them!!
