Rating:Cheating china ackrr429ghqu@163.com is a paypal email on scam front site cranehast.com...items ordered result in instant paypal payment complete email but buyer never receives cranehast confirmation emails nor USPS tracking. So hard to get paypal to cancel/refund because of "item not received". Credit card billed by paypal may offer some protection/refund?

Rating:Do not trust this website, stay away from Cranehast.com. Placed order on 3/14, did not receive order confirmation. Website customer service phone number does not accept incoming calls. Did not return emails sent to customer service. Order amount on website does not match amount billed on PayPal. Currently trying to cancel order with PayPal.

Email cannot be delivered.

Rating:I got scammed by cranehast for a Porter Cable compressor allegedly sold for an advantageous price. They got the money, no confirmation of order, zip and vaporized. My bad. Buyer beware. Do NOT use these scam artists for any reason.

Rating:I was scammed by Cranehast. They got $114 out of me for a bicycle. I made a PayPal claim because I didn't get any confirmation email from the seller. The seller sent a bogus tracking number to PayPal, the tracking number stated delivered (even though UPS never visited my house that day) and PayPal denied my claim.

Rating:I ordered a Honeywell HPA 100 air purifier from Cranehast on 03/17/21. I never received it. I contacted PayPal and they say it was delivered. I contacted UPS and they say it was delivered to a 3rd party in my town. The apartment complex it was delivered to sent it back. The email on the website is invalid. The telephone number listed is invalid. I contacted them through their website and got no answer. I sent an email to the listed seller on the Paypal website and got no answer from them either. Which is gangu304910@163.com I just reported them to the BBB but am not hopeful about getting any resolution. Lesson learned if I order from any new website in the future I will check their reviews first. This website deserves NO STARS! Total rip-off artists!

Rating:I ordered an 18lbs clock from Cranehast and paid by PayPal the only payment they take.
When the clock didn't come I contacted Pay Pal and they showed me the tracking number Cranehast provided to them.
The tracking number was stolen from Amazon for a package going to someone else for an item weighing 1lb10oz. PayPal refunded my money and Amazon is investigating who gave Cranehast fraudulent tracking numbers.
This is a crooked company.
Do not use them
