Trimlabsketo.com becomes verdechoiceselect.com when ordering the product. Offer was buy 3@$39.95 and get 3 free EXCEPT the charge was $249.00 (no free bottles) plus $15.00 SERVICE (not shipping fee). Calling the Customer Service number only results in listening to a “Being on Hold” song and no one ever answers. The website on the invoice is elitenaturalbest.com which doesn’t exist. But, does the product work?

My credit card got used by someone, over $600 dollars of product, care agent offers to refund 89 dollars back to me. I canceled my card and have my credit card company doing an investigation. I got a run around, called them 4 times. Each time the agent told me their policy...I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!! Hopefully My card company can do something. I feel sorry for these agents and for others that have to deal with this crooked company.

Very Bad Experience too. Ordered one for $49 got charged $300. My credit card called me within 5 minutes and when I called them back to cancel......Said I couldn't. Also signed me up for CBD oil and face cream (auto bill me every month).. They even called me back on my work phone to explain why they couldn't refund.... Once I lost it on them and told them my credit card had been cancelled and they were looking into them for fraud I immediately had a refund emailed to me....... and they actually did! Can't believe I was taken in the first place. I 'm usually so very careful. Beware!

Scam #5: CBD Shark Tank Scam
This scam is similar to the fake CBD company scam, but has grown so large we thought it deserved a section on its own.

Shark Tanks is a famous television show in which entrepreneurs would pitch their company to a group of celebrity investors to earn funding for their companies. The whole event is televised as the contestants barter with the sharks (investors) about the value of company.

Many of the products and companies to enter Shark Tanks have become very large, household brands — such as Scrub Daddy, Tipsy Elves, and Lollacup.

There are other versions of this show such as Dragon’s Den (Canadian and UK version), or The Tigers of Money (Japanese version).

Before I even start with this one, let’s be clear — a CBD oil company has NEVER been featured on a single episode of Shark Tank, Dragon’s Den, or The Tigers of Money.

    How This Scam Works
Aside from using the popular television series as a way to suggest “reputability” for these companies — the basis remains the same as any free trial or fake CBD company scam.

Some of these scams use names similar to existing CBD brands to confuse potential buyers into thinking they’re buying from a well-known company, others are blatantly fake.

CBD scams are now using Shark Tank as a way to make their brand seem like some sort of “up and coming” CBD brand that’s set to be huge in the next couple of years.

You’ll find claims like “the most watched episode of Shark Tank”, or “as seen on Shark Tank... Read more

This company is a scam. I emailed them to cancel my order right away ,as I discovered it was in US funds, and the price showing was for each bottle not the whole group. I then received a call from a representative telling my to try the first bottle, and if it didn’t help (tinnitus)I could return everything. I called to return the product and was told I could not. 30 day return policy from the time of purchase. The representative I first spoke with didn’t mention this. The representative I spoke with about returning the unused product suggested taking 2 a day. Under what authority does she have to say that, when the bottle says one a day. Therefore I am extremely disappointed in this company and their terrible costumer service. DO NOT BUY FRM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

i ordered 3 bottles of CBD gummies from VERDECHOICESELECT for a total 39.99 for all 3 bottles and deal was you get 3 bottles free. this was sun night by monday morning I found out I was being charged for all 6 bottles at U.S price for 39.99 each for a total of 274.14. which shows up on your credit card statement as SYCAMOREEDURANCE. Plus a charge for 22.49 from FORGEDPROHEALTH.com(which i have no idea what that is and did not order it) I phoned them up that monday morning to cancel order and was told order had already been placed and could not be cancelled. so I called them again once I had received order to find out they send you hemp gummies instead and they tell you that you have to pay for return shipping plus a restocking fee. EVERYBODY PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FUCKING SCAM ARTISTS

I ordered 2 bottles of gummies, they added a face cream and drops to the order (they are free) which I did not want but could not get it removed from the order. When I saw the price charged to my VISA (202.00) I called them up to cancel and they said they could not as the order was shipped (15 minutes after I placed the order) a LIE ! They shipped them 12 days later, I called them up to return but got a major run around, 3 days later they charged me $128 for the cbd cream. I called them and they said you didnt call to cancel the "TRIAL" within the 14 day period. After a heated phone conversation they cancelled the "Subscription" but only refunded me $44, I called VISA up, filed a fraud chargeback and they got my $$ back. This company is just a totally crooked operation, they are absolute scum.

This is a total scam! Do not buy!!! This appeared to be sponsored by some well known personalities and clearly wasn't. They offered free trial CBD gummies and all I had to do is pay for the shipping but they proceeded to add more things to my 'free' order and charge my credit card for products over and above the shipping costs. Continuous attempts to upsell. I called customer service and had the first charge reversed and the next day I was charged a second time for something else.... all before I had even tried out the products. The second charge did not come from ' EmeraldEarth 844-3347173 CAN' but from another 'supplier' 'PrecisepremiumCBD' and the refund came from them too after time wasting negotiations with their 'customer service' rep. This has been beyond frustrating. Do not have anything to do with them if you can help it!
