Rating:I bought an LED memorial lantern from Callie.com in memory of a loved one who recently died. Two of the panels were for quotes of choice, the other two for pictures of my loved one. After several weeks, it was delivered and was the cheapest looking plastic lantern I have ever seen. Looks like it came from dollar tree. I then noticed that the quotes and pictures didn't look right. After putting batteries in it and turning it on, I discovered what looked like pictures of two men in the background of my loved one's pictures and two different quotes overlapping. The corners were peeling off, so I kept peeling them back and there were literally pictures of two men who I didn't know glued to the lantern underneath my loved one's pictures and two quotes I didn't pick out under the ones I did pick. Couldn't be removed. I believe someone decided to return their lantern for whatever reason and instead of Callie disposing of it as they should have, they instead glued my pictures and quotes onto someone else's to save costs. I have never been so dissatisfied from an order. How cheap and deceptive. I should also say that after purchasing this, the emails and tracking information I received were strange, definitely overseas. The order was late and the only contact information on their website was an email. It took days to get a reply about where my order was.
