Rating:This company Hue Hearing should be avoided at all costs their website is full of misrepresentations, the product is made in China and is also called by another name. They do not respond to emails, I have sent four no response TO MY CANCELATION 30 MINS AFTER ORDERING,
If it sounds to good to be true it normally is

Rating:DO NOT purchase a Huehearing aid from this company!! On May 8th 2021 I purchased a hearing aid from them to be delivered on 5/13/21, when nothing showed up I checked my credit card and they charged it on the 8th. I've called them 3 times, no answer, called the bank and denied this and they removed it. They are located in Okemos, Mi. in my State, I know they are located in other states also. The Attorney General in all states show should be notified!

Rating:I wish i would have checked the reviews on this company before buying the hearing aids. Because I'm having a delivery problem. Always saying your order is on its way. This so called company is a SCAM. I can't see how companies like this stay in business they prey on people who need hearing aids but can't afford the high priced ones .I guess I got screwed looking for a deal.

Rating:I ordered a (R) & (L) Hue Hearing aids. I paid with my credit card. The moment that my order was received it was confirmed with a tracking number. I live in Mount Forest Ontario Canada and the package arrived via Canada Post. I was completely satisfied with the hearing aids and batteries.
3 weeks later there was a small glitch, I contacted Hue Hearing via e-mail and within 24 hours I received a response including a telephone number. The glitch was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I have compete confidence in dealing with this company and their associates.

Rating:I received my Hue hearing aids today, I was really pleasently surprised when I put them in my ears. They sound as good, if not better, than my Phonak and Eargos. Wow, they are great
