Rating:Same for me as well. I ordered the selenite fireplace insert. I ordered it over 2 months ago and every time I emailed them, they told me the same thing as the tracker which was that it was “processing!” It’s a bunch of bull! Once I asked for a refund, there was no response back at all. I contacted my bank and also filled out an online complaint with the FBI’s Internet scam department.

Rating:On 2-7-21 I ordered an Amethyst Tree. Today is 3-25-21, over 6 weeks since I placed the order, and still no product. When I try to contact at the e-mail instructed to use, info@aizzor.com, it bounces to aizzor.com, which does nothing to help Going to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge.

Rating:I ordered the wall chess set on Dec 22 and still have not received the product. I have sent many emails and keep getting told it will be shipped in 2-4 weeks. This is what I was told.
We are contacting you in regards to your order. Do note, the current tracking number has not updated on the website as it is currently being held at customs before clearing. Due to the weight of the package, our lower priced shipping method, and that it is being shipped overseas the item is taking longer to be cleared and dispatched to the origin country. Your tracking number is currently registered as YunExpress dispatching from Beijing, China. Once arrived at your destination country, the tracking number will convert and register as a UPS tracking number and will be able to track on the ups.com
We understand this delivery time is much past the original ETA we had informed you with. We are working hard with our couriers to have your order delivered as soon as possible. All delays are being reflected back to us. At this moment, you can estimate a delivery anywhere between 2-4 weeks from now.

Rating:Exact same thing happened to me as all the below reviews... ordered the Selenite fireplace in December (4 months ago) and have never received it. I reached out to them multiple times and they just kept reassuring me that "it has shipped" but the tracking number is a fake tracking number.... I just reported the fraud charge to my credit card company to get my money back. I also reported this fake site google as well.

Rating:I experienced the same thing. It's been 3 months since I ordered the selenite fireplace insert. I've followed up multiple times and get the same cut and paste answer blaming covid for the shipping delay. When I check the provided tracking number, the weight listed is mere ounces when this product should weigh several pounds. I'll be contacting my bank to dispute the charge as well as filing a complaint with the authorities.

Rating:I ordered the Amethyst tree and the Selenite sculpture...more than 100 bucks! I have gotten nothing and have sent 4 emails and haven't ever received a response. Why is Facebook not checking up on these ripoff companies! This happened to me on another site that Facebook allowed. No trust for any sites anymore, this SUCKS!

Rating:SCAM, SCAMMER. i ordered the selenite fireplace sculpture on January 1, 2021. After 30 days, I'd send an email to follow up on the order. Alyssa emailed back that the order is waiting to be shipped from the warehouse. every 30 days, the same response from Alyssa.. .
now their website is NO LONGER AVAILABLE. Im contacting my bank to dispute the charges.

Rating:I’ve contacted this place multiple times and keep getting an automated response. Finally someone said they were a manager and to please be patient due to the virus. It’s been 7 months. Now the site is gone. I’m contacting the bank and the BBB today, don’t buy crap off Instagram or FB
