Rating:I ordered Washable Protective Face Mask from zee.lovepic.shop on 4th March 2020. Received email notification from info@neweyshoppingmall.com. Since the items was not receive within the expectation schedule, I send my complaints to service@neweymall.com. My complaints & enquiries was attended accordingly.
Today, I received the mask but it is not as per my expectation. They are selling in bulk; 30 pcs per order. I received the actual total, but the material & quality is not safe for protection. Now I have to purchase mask filter since the material is too thin. Not only thin but also small.
This is scam. Now, went I entered the url zse.lovepic.shop, the url not exist. This company & business are a big liar. SCAMMER

Rating:Recently i bought their Maycreate cc concealer, their ad saying buy 1 get 1 free at S$39/- but after receiving the items, and i use google to check... shoppe only selling at S$2.90/pc. Last night i tried using the product, totally cannot make it. This is totally a scam.

Rating:there's been plenty of scammer advise product in FB. same shitty product sold in various site to avoid being detect. even the customer service is fake. most of the products sold is triple the price. they trick you by putting a limited time offer so you have no time to digest. FB and authorities should make this public and alert the public.

Rating:I bought 2 porcelain vacuum cups of 500m from Neweymall.com. When I got the vacumm cups, they were very small, and not 500ml as advertised. The quality is very bad. The water sipped into the inside layer (in between the outside and the inner layer). I emailed them and ask for refund. To ask for a refund also, I need to write a few emails. Finally I courier the product back to them but until now, 2 months have passed, but there's no refund yet. And worst, they won't respond to my email. This kind of unethical businessman should be punished. Karma will be visiting them.

Rating:Bought a face massager and it's imitation! Fake item which can be bought for fraction of its price on other platforms. I emailed them, email auto responded to instruct that I need to submit the refund form, a Google Doc. When I entered the link, it says form no longer valid. Such scammers. Karma will befall these scammers.

Rating:I did receive the parcel with tracking no (GKNGP200702234122778124) today through Ninja Van courier. I ordered 2 sets of "Germany Honeycomb Non-sticky Wok 410 # 32 cm honeycomb is not sticky (complete set with cover and box)". Unfortunately, I only receive one set of them. Kindly help me with that as the payments have already completed.

Rating:Yup, scammers. Bought the Boom Wash they advertised in Candy Crush. It was a bundle of 3, but I received only 2. And the price was actually much higher compared to other sellers like Shopee. I emailed them several times but no responds.

Rating:The grass trimmer that my father bought does not work as advertised. When we contact Helpline, they ask to write email. Wrote few emails, they said return/full refund will take a long time. They offered to only refund 30%, asking for my full name and bank account details. But after what I read and experience, I no longer want to trust this scammer. I hope this seller rots and burns in hell for scamming others.

Rating:i bought glasses from, and i got it after one month and it was not as described in their website and the quality was very poor, I tried to return it as they mentioned in their website that i can return within 7 days anc contacted neweymall.com support they asked me to send email to simsim at neweymall.com and I contacted him serval times but no respond at all, dont trust these guys and dont buy from unknown websites.

Rating:I am dissappointed really to this store. The YOUR SKIN Tensee Moisture Essence I bought are watery, and NOT TRUE TO THEIR ADVERTISEMENT CLAIM. I think, they put water to spread the cream to the other 3 jars. Because all jars are not sealed. This neweymall store cheats its customers. When I am about to email my concern, (I just found out, it was the same store where I bought the yoga shorts..which I emailed to return, and the cust.service told me that I cannot return the products.) My email bounced back. I could no longer email them.
