Rating:This company is a complete fraud. I didn't just get scammed, they als have terrible customer service. I got notified that they would not be able to supply the item I bought any time soon and that they were waiting for the manufacturer to restock. After that I canceled the order as I needed the item on a short time span. Soon after I canceled, they created an send order. After that I got in touch asking to cancel the shipment. They claimed it was already sent. 1 week later the item was still not picked up by DHL. They lied about the item being already sent. I rejected the package as I bought the item elsewhere. They refunded me 13 euro less than what I paid. The delivery cost was only 2,95 but even that should be refunded according to Dutch law. Long story short. This company is a complete fraud.

Rating:Extremely disappointing experience with SportFits.eu.
I placed an order for La Sportiva products, and after a long delay and multiple postponed delivery dates, I still haven't received anything. What makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of accountability. Instead of taking responsibility, SportFits keeps blaming the manufacturer (La Sportiva) for their failure to fulfill the order.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Customers are left waiting indefinitely, with no clear information, no solution, and no proper communication. Passing the blame onto the brand you sell only damages trust further and raises serious concerns about how this company operates.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from SportFits.eu. Based on my experience, the service is unreliable, unprofessional, and frustrating.
