Rating:Ordered a small batyery powered chain saw from Arctic 123. I waited over a month for delivery, bedore I contacted them via email as I hadn't received it. I even included a screen shot of the order and of the receipt showing I had completed the payment at time of purchase. I received a reply that it had been shipped. Three days later, I received a small MANUAL cable saw - not even what I purchased or paid for. I sent them another email to inform them it isn't as advertised. I havent't gotten a response and probably never will.

Rating:They lie and scam and i placed my order on 12/18 still no information available through them or usps, when ordering said takes 12-48 hours to ship. I bugged them for order and shipping details by email and finally received a tracking number, surprise surprise usps has no record of package and i have sent continous emails with no response but they sure got their money. No present for my grandson and tjey refused refund claimed already shipped lies lies lies. And as of today still no tracking information on website. Poor customer servie and response.
WOULD NOT RECCOMED THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. HAVE ALL THE EMAILS TO PROVE THEY LIED. Rating is poor

Rating:Fraudulent company***stay away from them and don’t order anything from them. I ordered a one wheel scooter from them on 12/14... waited all this time and got a neon pink exercise stretcher. I noticed that the order # was on am original label then the “tracking” one was affixed over it.. I’m claiming my money through my CC company. They should be shut down by the FBI...
