Rating:GootBuy.com is totally FAKE !! They took two different credit card info's from me and never let me complete the order. However, the charges immediately showed up on both credit card bank accounts. I had to call the Fraud department of both of my credit cards to block the charges, freeze both credit card accounts, and then have the banks issue new cards with new account numbers, sent by mail. DO NOT GIVE THIS WEBSITE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION OF ANY KIND !! I rate this web site a ZERO !!

Rating:This seems to be a phishing website. Google shopping links to this site which seems to be collecting credit card numbers. They charged my card for an order that was never delivered, and there is no phone number and no one responds to the email address listed. I contacted my credit card’s fraud department to have the charges reversed. Beware. I am going to report this to google because they should not be promoting a phishing website on google shopping.

Rating:I placed an order and they sent me the wrong thing. I let them know right away and they told me they were resending and I would get the next day. That day has passed and I still have not received my order. They sent me a UPS sheet to send back what I ordered but I don't trust them. Then they want to deduct shipping from account for a mistake they made. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Rating:The level of incompetence is mind boggling! I ordered a 2-pack of 13.5 oz bottles of CONDITIONER; they sent me ONE bottle of 8.45 oz Shampoo & Conditioner in one. I immediately notified them of the mistake. After a week of going back and forth in emails, they offered to refund me HALF of my money!

Rating:I placed an order for BP protein mix. Received it in 4 days. No issues with delivery or payment process.
