Rating:This company is advertising on Facebook. Do not give them any personal information. I started an order with them then decided not to submit it. They took my information and have been spamming me with emails and texts. You cannot block their texts because they keep changing the number.

Rating:I submitted an order on their site and then noticed grammatical errors on the comfirmation page. Their refund link tells you to "fill out the form below"...BUT THERE IS NO FORM! I highly recommend NOT purchasing from them!

Rating:They're still going, am just thankful the item I purchased was under $50. Don't be hasty to buy cheap tat on facebook ads, Facebook has no control over them and doens't check them.

Rating:Ordered in November based on a FaceBook ad. Now receiving daily advertisements and sappy "order updates" which promise tracking numbers and tell tales of my order stuck in customs. No responses to my emails to customer service. Billing shows as a company called Cozyzon -- both red flag as scam sites.

String of evasive and vague emails have followed after I sent my request for an update. No tracking number and it’s been 5-6 weeks since I placed the order. I also received the email saying it was too late to cancel my order. Contacted Paypal today to start my claim.

Rating:Washingoal (which also calls itself Washing Goal and Shelby Brothers, Inc.) advertised Christmas products extensively this winter. I ordered a couple of items, but it soon became clear that they had no ability or intention to deliver any items in time for Christmas, even as they continued to constantly advertise for more Christmas orders. Their products were not on hand, but were in fact made to order, and then literally shipped on the slow boat from China. But wait, there's more. They weren't actually in the mail when they left China. They then spent a week or two at a DHL sorting facility before being turned over to the post office for delivery. My Christmas order finally arrived today, January 9th. The products lacked the required button batteries to operate the lights (a type of battery most people will not have on hand). The products (2020 flickering dumpster fire ornaments) did not match the photos, and once batteries were installed, the lights did not flicker. So, this company does exist, and does send products, but they are deceptive in both marketing and quality.
