Rating:Definitely a scam. Kept telling me product had shipped and gave tracking number that never was received by USPS. They spend a lot of time looking legit but my order status now says closed and they never sent anything.

Rating:I purchased a pair of shoes. Cost 212.00 from them. Says i would receive within 15-30 days. Still have yet to receive them. At least two contacts to customer service. They just keep replying the same thing that I should receive the product within 30 days even though we are past the 30 days. At this point I guess im out the 212.00. Guess I should have done research. Its just that I buy so many shoes from different sites and this particular site kept being recommended in my search. So I decided to give it a shot. Well live and learn. But at this point I definitely feel cheated and scammed so everyone else knows not to waste your time and money. I took the chance so you dont have to. Save your money guys!!! They are a scam!

Rating:This place is terrible. I ordered some shoes a month ago for $150. Never received an confirmation email, then when I asked them about it two weeks after I ordered they finally emailed me my info. When I go to track my order through usps it says tracking number is invalid. I emailed them about it they say wait a few days for it to show up. A week go pass and still nothing. Emailed them for a refund they will give $50 for waiting so long but they tell me that they were out of stock with the shoes I ordered they are being shipped now. At first they said it's coming now they say they didn't have it in stock so now it's shipped. A week has gone by now tracking number still fake I told them how upset I was so they offered me another $50. I still haven't got the first $50 and they won't refund my $150. So over this PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT BUT FROM THEM, BIG SCAM!!!!!

Rating:Bought a Counterfeit Dyson Airwrap system. I paid $399.00 for the system. When it arrived a month later, the pieces were cheaply made, broken, the authentication tag with serial # was manually added to the cord. I verified with the Dyson company that the serial number was fake. I have been trying to get Carlo Maderno to send me an RMA to return for a full refund yet they just want to play games. If you purchase this from them, contact Dyson immediately to confirm it is authentic. Carlo Maderno is not a reseller for Dyson.
