Rating:I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Blue Tomato. I placed an order and paid for a product several weeks ago, but after 25 days, I received an email stating that the product is no longer available. This is completely unacceptable and unreliable.
Not only did I waste my time, but I also lost my vacation because of this delay, and the fact that I wasn't informed earlier is frustrating. Furthermore, customer service was not helpful at all and did not provide any real solution to the issue.
