they had a message on Facebook today, October 30th stating they didn't survive the Pandemic, thus their sale. Searching reviews on them, they didn't obtain their website until July! Something very fishy!! So sad because I love every single thing they picture!

I would be wary! Very new website and no information on who they are or where they are located. I couldn't even find an email address or phone number.

All items in pictures are stolen from other websites, the hats, coat and gloves in the pics are wool, some felted.. the one for sale are listed as polyester or cotton.. so, that should give you a clue.. Katwise coat and LaLaBug designs make the objects as well as FolkOwl.. look them up and know this site is a scam....

This website advertises through Facebook. Their pricing is "too good to be true" so I'd be very wary of buying from them.

This is the link they were at on Facebook:

I just received three of the items I ordered. There was only one of the items that were correct. The other two were incorrect--and I don't know how to correct it. Too bad. I loved the items I ordered and were super excited to get them. :(

Definitely a scam. I ordered one of the handcrafted full length lace and crochet coats...what arrived over a month later was NOTHING like the pic. Im in process of disputing it through paypal. They keep 'offering' to refund first 10%, then 20% oh, and i can keep the puece of crap they sent me)... they are obviously a scam site hoping that you wont be able to get a refund. Hoping PayPal comes through for me in the end... right now I'm still messaging back and forth with the company--all through PayPal so there's recorand pictures...

I bought something from them and received the same as above a piece of crap. By mistake I ordered another one and the day I ordered it I sent an email to cancel my order after several emails back and forth they told me they couldn't cancel the order because it had been shipped. They told me I could return the item but it would cost me $20.00 for shipping. This place is a scam and I'm going to paypal next. I have even posted bad comments on their site just to have them not show up.

RANGELELE is a total scam. I did about three or four hours of research and found over and over again same people complaining about the same thing. The products they advertise on their website or stolen photos from other websites. They create items in China that look similar but are extremely cheap and then refuse to refund money but offer 20% discount. I told them if they want their stuff back to send me a shipping label and they refused

I agree with the above reports. I should have searched on the name of the company before making the 50 dollar purchase of a coat reported to be of cotton/wool/felt blend. The photo of the coat is NOTHING like the received nylon bathrobe type garment that arrived three weeks after the January 2021 purchase. Like the October 2020 reporter above, the facebook ad said the business was closing so of course no surprise the website is down. But it is a surprise it was up last October. It may cycle on and off, so I do hope people think to research the company before paying the blanket price of $50.00 that all garments appeared to be. Too bad. This was my first attempt at purchasing something in a Facebook ad. I will never follow a Facebook ad again.

BTW, this website wants me to rate it. I've never used it before so I can't assess it. It's nice if the website doesn't close down and isn't posting fake messages to gather my email or something. But I have no way of knowing. Hence the single star.
