Rating:I have received the order in question. My order included the BT609 tool, while you sent me the BT606, moreover instead of 50 rivets there were 30 in all and 9 of them are for American Standard; furthermore, the elements for the M10 and M12 rivets are missing!

Rating:SCAM ALERT!!! Purchased products from Grapcer.com with guarantee of delivery in 7 to 15 days. Here it is, 4 weeks later, still haven't received my order. It has been sitting in Flushing New York since September 22nd. Ironic since it was supposed to be coming from California. Total scam and rip off

Rating:Scam I paid $149.00 for 18 animated singing pumpkins, what I received is not what I ordered, I got 18 dollar store plastic pumpkins about 3 inches in diameter, 7 of which were broken and the rest did not work.

Rating:Total ripoff I ordered 3 pumpkins. Not at all what I ordered and they took forever to arrive. I paid $44.95 and got $6.00 worth of product and I’m being generous. I should have checked them out first. If I could leave a negative review I would.

I purchased 3 animated pumpkins that were supposed to arrive within 14 days. It's been over a month with NO valid tracking number.
I will be filing a claim with paypal today!!

Rating:I ordered the rivet kit which includes tool, equipment, and 300 rivets. I got 146 rivets only. I contacted aleksglyancev857@gmail.com via PayPal Resolution Service when my order didn't show up for over a month. He replied that he was sorry and would send me $10 to compensate for the delay and get the order in the mail. DO NOT ACCEPT THE $10. This will close the case and you have to deal with him directly. He's scamming and won't pay or ship the items. Escalate the issue for a full refund. DO NOT NEGOTIATE WITH HIM. HE WILL NOT SEND YOU WHAT YOU PAID FOR.
