Rating:I ordered Aluminum Panniers for my Suzuki DR650, they came within a month, not abnormal for Hawaii. the 36L pannier lid wasn't locking due to the lid latch placement, so I would always key lock it. I haven't had the set of panniers for less than a month and the Lid flies off on the way to work, could not find it. I have reached out to Motea at least 7 times to ask for any help whatsoever without any response. I even tried to buy a new pannier single and now the website won't let me. Customer service is not just horrible, IT DOESNT EXIST WITH THIS COMPANY. All I need is the lid. No answer.
