Rating:Sent me a cheaper and different product than what I ordered. Advertised on Facebook.

Rating:Me too. I ordered what should have been an interesting typewriter like keyboard and received a dismal piece of junk from another vendor

Rating:I had the same issue as the other commenters. I saw a FB ad for a typewriter style keyboard, paid $60 + shipping, and I got a dinky little regular keyboard that is probably worth $10. I've been emailing back and forth with their various customer service people (I'm sure it's just one person, sitting in a basement or something) and today they told me that they did ship exactly what I ordered, and maybe I should check again. I've filed a claim with PayPal and hope to get a full refund. I can't believe people who do this!

Rating:Same boat as MonicaJoy. Saw FB ad for throwback manual typewriter-style keyboard for laptop and desktop, thought it was cool and bought it for $60. Received what I actually thought was Chinese trash they send unsolicited to be able to pad their user feedback scores...a tablet-size bluetooth throwaway rubber keyboard. Only when the I checked the USPS tracking to see where my actual keyboard was and saw "delivered" as the status did I realize what I got was swindled. Definitely getting with PayPal for refund.

Rating:Yep. Bait and switch. Scam. Stay away. Complain to Facebook and get the page taken down.

Rating:Same typewriter purchased as in previous comments. Received a piece of junk. $100 CD wasted. This is just so rude. It makes me leery of ordering anything on line. When I email I get a generic “Dear Customer” response. They dared to ask for a positive review!!!!!

Rating:This company is a total scam. Sounded too good to be true. Great price advertised for what sounded like a very cool old style typewriter keyboard. I received the same piece of junk the others got, not the retro typewriter keyboard.
Facebook should investigate companies before allowing them to advertise on their platform. Facebook should be responsible if we can’t get satisfaction from this fly by night company.

Rating:Just following up here, for the benefit of anyone researching questionable or obscure sellers prior to pulling the trigger on a purchase (as maybe we all should have done). Went back and forth with NCService’s “customer service” (they offered a 20% discount but never acknowledged the fact that they’d sent the wrong product) and finally filed my claim with PayPal on August 21st. After 90 or so days of repeatedly pushing back the resolution date, PayPal advised that I’d have to return the product (shipped from Rosemead CA) to the seller, and that my refund depended on the seller acknowledging receipt. How PayPal can resolve a fraud claim based on the trustworthiness of the perpetrator is baffling. PayPal provided a Chinese-character address that I had to get translated. Four different translation sites yielded the same result: 1st Floor, Building A, Changben Science and Technology Park, No. 13, Songzai Road, Gaoying Village, Dalang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong. However, I had three possible companies to use as the recipient: BuyEasyService, NC Service, or Keidson. I informed PayPal that I needed the correct customer name prior to shipping the Bluetooth tablet mini-keyboard I’d received, especially as my refund depended on receipt confirmation . After three nudges, PayPal finally responded to my request for confirmation with another address: 699 Guangfulin Road, 1302 20th, Shanghai Sisongjiang District , SHANGHAI 201600. Further online research indicated that Keidson’s USA add... Read more

Rating:Same here! Adress provided by PayPal for return was wrong. I paid 136ca for a human body with 23 pieces and got a 23inch toy worth 5$ maximum. Very disappointed to see PayPal continue to work with these scammers. I think I will call my credit card and make a complaint about this. Maybe they could do something.
