Rating:Scam. Clark shoes via Instagram ad. Looked like a real site, but suspected after receiving email confirmation after purchase. Received fake Ray Ban sunglasses from China. Hard lesson. Next time go to real site direct or search, not a link. Site was www.clarkz.com

Rating:I ordered a treadmill and recieved a cheap fake looking burbery scarf! When i contacted them they claimed the ordered got mixed up as they have so many orders coming in which is pathetic. I asked for a refund and i offered to return the silly scarf. They are insisting that i keep the scarf and offered me a 30% refund which got raised to 40%. I am not accepting any refund unless it is a full refund. Can not believe facebook are allowing these scams to advertise in their site. They need to be arrested asap. Below is the link where i bought the "treadmill" from.

Rating:I also received a pair of fake Gucci socks instead of the ordered merchandise. The merchant's name on the credit card statement is completely different from the real nerchant and the currency is not the invoice currency. So enough reasons to initiate a chargeback with the card issuer..

Rating:I bought scam Lego sets. Thankfully I realised very quickly that it was a scam and got in touch with my credit card provider while the payment was still pending. They reassured me they should be able to reverse the charge, which is a relief. One dead giveaway for sites like this is to check who.is and see how recently the domain name was registered. The Lego shop I fell for had only been registered the day before! They set up the site, bombard social media with ads, scam as many people as possible, get caught and shut down, then start all over again. Thieving bastards...

Rating:I guess I'm one of the more fortunate scamees as I only lost $31 for a pair of Nike "fire sale" shoes.
I tried to contact a few of the different email and web addresses but the site was gone (customercarefor). After 2 months of waiting I received 3 pair of cheap Gucci knockoff socks.
Real crap! I would rate this a -5 star site but apparently I can't even leave the rating blank.

Rating:Saw the sale ad for Mimco bags on Instagram. Their email is (email@customercarefor.com). Bought a few for $91, 3 weeks later received a fake burberry scarf. When I questioned them where are my items they said it got lost in transaction and offered 30% money back if I keep the scarf. I insisted on returning the scarf and getting my money back and they said it's not worth my time and offered 40% money back.
I've reported them on scam alert and advice everyone to do so too so they can get caught.

Rating:We had the up to 90% off Under Armour products offer, so we spent just over $100AUD for shoes and clothes. Sure enough, 7 weeks later, we received cheap Oakley knock off pink sunglasses.
When i tried to contact via email, i was told that there was a mix up at the shipping end and that the parcels weren't insured so couldn't do anything about it. They have offered us to keep the pink sunglasses (worth $12AUD) and to refund 30% which they later upped to 40% after i said no.
Like others on here that i have read, they told me the best thing is to keep the glasses as it was not worth the time and effort as our package had been "lost".
Complete scammers, disappointed and angry but that's a lesson learnt for me. Never trust an ad on Facebook that offers clearance like this.

Rating:They took me for $150 for some supposed 2xu sports clothing. The minute the order confirmation came through from "service 13" in pigeon English I knew that they had got me. Luckily the credit card company has said that i will be reimbursed when i reported it to them. I won't be clicking on any offers on Facebook again.

Rating:Unfortunately, tho I always prided myself on being a savvy e-consumer, looks like I was scammed too. another FB victim. I was taken for a pair of Muck boots. Instead of the boots I received a knock off pair of Rayban sunglasses. Lesson learned. Thought I had done a good job of checking them out first only to learn I did not dig deep enough.

Rating:I ordered something online on the website: si-club-coburg.de. Two days later I received an order confirmation from CARFOR from China. I assumed that I had ordered something from a German company that could be returned in the case of a complaint. Because if I get something from China, I can't send it back there. That's why I canceled the order. I had paid online with Mastercard. I was promised that the amount would be returned to my Mastercard. But that wasn't done. In return, fraudulent debits were made en masse from my Mastercard. Otherwise I don't use the Mastercard and nobody else knows my account from it. I had to have the Mstercard blocked and apply for a new Mastercard. And I hope that I will be reimbursed for the fraudulent charges. I can only advise everyone not to buy anything on the dubious CAREFOR websites and pay with a credit card.

Rating:Ok, so I was also scammed by this site like everybody else, and I managed to get my money back. Don't rely on the company sending you a refund, go through your credit card provider. To do that, you have to demonstrate that you failed to come to an agreement with the company.
Step 1: Send email to company with pictures of wrong product and ask for full refund.
- Now they will offer you to send you another package with the correct product, or offer you a discount on the first product.
Step 2: Reply that you are not interested in receiving further shipments from them, and that you want a full refund, not a discount on the wrong product.
-Now they will offer a better discount, or a full refund IF you send the product back. Note that they will never receive the product if you send it back, so don't do this.
Step 3: Reply that you will return the product, but only if they arrange for, and pay for return shipping, since this is their mistake. Also mention that the only way to resolve this otherwise is a 100% refund.
-Here they will recommend you to not send the product back, and offer a higher discount. At this point, you have failed to come to an agreement, and you can compile a document of all your communications and send it to your credit card provider. Also add a picture of, and a link to this webpage here to support your case. This should be enough information to get you a refund. Good luck!

Rating:I purchased Lego sets, also. I thought it was a European firm. I tracked my order all the way to it's intended destination. It was to be a gift for a handicapped relative in a different state. He received his package just before Christmas. He can not use the cheap pair of sunglasses sent from China. I have been offered a 36% refund wow! I'm not sure I will pursue this but I learned my lesson. Stay away from these folks.
