Rating:TOTAL SCAM!!! I ordered, received the wrong item (paid through PayPal) and now the seller wants me to accept a $20 credit for their mistake. Or, send back and my expense, the wrong item shipped!
PayPal of no help. I've filed a BBB complaint against them. Yes, maybe nothing will happen, but if you don't stand up for your rights, you'll get trampled. BEWARE of anything from gary@honwin.net or cs@tianchens.com.

Rating:I received nothing and paid through PayPal now Trying to get a response from PayPal account I am being sent in circles Paypal talks Big put receive no help does Paypal only work on computer and not cell phone This is twice I have been duped by fraudulent activity What's bad you think PayPal is there to back you up an still get scammed

Rating:I was scammed by Owthin with a cheap telescope instead of the one advertised. I ignored all their offers of discounts and also cost of return.I raised a dispute through Paypal and paid £15.50 to return it. I recovered costs from Owthin via Paypal and they gave me £15 towards return.
So I was lucky and my misadventure only cost me 50 pence
