    I received my product but was junk. Came from China (go figure). Would have never ordered it if I had known that. Have been getting the run around ever since on getting a refund. Doubt I will either. They need to be trashed on social media. BEWARE!!!

    Never received order and I got an email to comment on the product and service. I tried to respond and my email came back undeliverable. I have looked in many sites to try and check on my order and none of them seem to exist. I wish there were negative stars. I'm glad my loss was minimal, however, never order from this company.

    They charged my credit card under another name, but never sent me an order number, I’ve tried to contact them with no luck. This company is a total scam!!!

    Company is a scam! Products come from China and take almost a month to receive! Received the incorrect item and their phone number is disconnected on their website! Do not buy anything from this company!

    I ordered a product from Dearverde.com but did not receive it. After becoming suspicious and doing a bit of research, it now seems like a scam to me, or at minimum, a very incompetent seller.
    Suspicious details about this company:

    * Their Business # is (213)-464-2312 but when I call I receive a "subscriber not in-service message."

    * They say they are available at this number Mon-Fri 10-6 Eastern Time, but the 213 number is a Los Angeles, CA number.
    *Their confirmation email does not reference the order number or product description.

    *After several days of waiting for the product you get an update email stating that it would be 2-7 more days due to Covid-19 and to check tracking number. The notification does not contain order number and none of their previous emails contain a tracking number of any kind.
    * In their update email they give you a 40% coupon to placate you, which expires in 7 days. This would put you past the date you would have received your original package, which does not allow you to verify that you actually get the first item before you purchase a second item. It seems like they want to double scam you.

    * If you email their help email address (help@dearverde.com), you get an auto-response from a different domain. zendesk.com Bellavuu support@bellawang.zendesk.com The auto-response gives you a basic message that says the request has been received and is being reviewed.

    i have been waiting nearly 3 months for my product - have emailed at least 10 times and have asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded. the replies i get are woeful, never address my concerns and i have just been getting the run around - complete scam - stay away !

    I have gone through everything all these other people have gone through. I ordered, waited for a long time, then received the wrong item which was worth a lot less than what I was charged on my credit card. Went through all the same things that the person named Tapiocas above me explained. Can't reach them in anyway, they are from China. They rewrap their returned products and resend them to others. I received one with someone else's sticker covered up on the packaged I received, and then to find out it was not the one thing I ordered. This whole thing is a big scam. Something needs to be done about them. I don't know if I can get that money back from my credit card company.

    Yes, this company is a scam. I had the same scenario as Linda. But, I emailed that I wanted a refund, and was told that I had to send the product back and pay the postage for their mistake. I told them that I was not going to pay for their mistake. They sent me their refund policy. It says you have to request a refund within 30 days of purchase, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT UNTIL 35 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. BEWARE! BEWARE!1111

    I usually research a company before I use them, but my mistake, didn’t do this time.
    i too have sent numerous emails with no response to my questions.
    never got confirmation of my order showing what I ordered with tracking number.

    Can we file dispute with BBB? I’ve done before and miraculously I got response from company in two days falling all over themselves to make me happy. This company was in the US, not sure can report out of country companies but I’m going to try.
    The BBB has power.

    Saw on Facebook, they should be accountable for. Companies on their site.
    come on Facebook take some responsibility for your customers being scammed by your advertisers.

    Same here guys!! Made a purchase in August and still getting same response that it is stuck in customs. My hard earned money down the drain. How are they getting away with this? They are probably driving around in nice cars, living in beautiful homes off of our money!! What can we do? NO STARS, YOU ARE THIEVES!!

    I wish I had learned of this site OR done my research. My tale is similar to everyone else's. Ordered in the early part of October. They got my money but I didn't get my product! What other folks wrote, it happened to me. So no need to repeat it. I'm beyond furious.

    Do not order from this company!! I ordered the steel weed trimmer. the site said that an adapter kit would be included with every order. All I received was the trimmer head, no installation hardware, no instructions and worst of all no adapter kit. I emailed them several times and I keep gettin the same response, that they are checking into it and will get back to me. I sent my first email to them on Oct 26th, it's Nov 15th and I still haven't heard from them. They have literally just stolen my money. Also they only accept returns if you have a defective product and you only have 30 days to do so. I am so sure that although I am within my 30 day window they will receive the product back and either refuse to credit me back, or send it right back to me and charge me shipping. They are con artists plain and simple.

    Yes this company is pure scam.I ordered magic folding washing machine. It came from China some kind of toy machine with broken outlet and small bucket.When I requested refund they wanted video of merchendise, which I sent it to them. I got answer that I got better version and they offered me 50% off for the next purchase.Make me laugh and angry.

    My story is like all of the above order a back scrubber on 12/5/2020 still waiting for it to arrive but reading the stories above I don’t think that will happen anytime soon.
    All l can say is do not use this company hopefully enough people will come forward and maybe something can be done. One star is to good for them Hmh
