Rating:Hatte mir das Doppelflügeltor "Vogel" bestellt. Die Lieferverzögerung wurde mir per Mail mitgeteilt. In Corona-Zeiten dauert halt alles etwas länger. Die Lieferung erfolgte dann termingerecht nach vorheriger Ankündigung. Es war alle gut verpackt. Ich finde, dass die Qualität und die Passgenauigkeit für den Preis echt super ist. Der Zusammenbau mit der mitgelieferten Anleitung klappte reibungslos.
Lediglich ein Teil war anscheinend bei der Produktion beschädigt worden. Da ich meine Arbeiten abschließen wollte, habe ich das Teil dennoch verbaut. Nach der Fertigstellung habe ich dann per Mail mit der Firma Casanoov Kontakt aufgenommen und es wurde auch promt auf meine Mail geantwortet. Es wurde mir anstandslos das Zusenden eines neuen Teiles oder ein finanzielle Entschädigung angeboten. Da ich wie schon gesagt, mein Tor zusammengebaut hatte, habe ich mich für die finanzielle Entschädigung entschieden, die mir dann innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf mein PayPal-Konto überwiesen wurde. Der E-Mail-Verkehr war schnell und freundlich. Würde jederzeit nochmal bei Casanoov bestellen. Alles bestens!!
