    Avoid this company, they are not serious
    I placed two orders on August 2nd, 2023 for delivery in Nice, south of France . I paid significant delivery fees (€270 and €400), and yet, the transport company that delivered both orders only delivered to the building entrance, which I was aware of from the beginning after confirming. (Be careful if you live on a high floor in a building without any elevator!)

    The delivery took about three months, and upon receipt, the ALBA Mirror with a satin black metal frame - 90 x 180 cm, which cost €319, was missing. I reported this to the delivery person and noted it on the delivery slip. I also dropped a message directly on Kasbah Design web site.

    Since then, there has been complete silence. It is now 1st June 2024, and this mirror has still not been delivered. Despite numerous follow-ups, I have received no communication. There has also been no offer to refund the €319 and the respective delivery fees.

    I am posting this negative review so that other customers do not risk ordering anything from this company, which is clearly lacking in professionalism and has no idea what "customer service" means. It is impossible to speak to anyone. Deliveries seem to be randomly done. This company is neither responsive nor serious, and I can only advise you to avoid them. I will now have to initiate legal proceedings.

    apres un an, nous sommes maintenant le 7 septembre 2024 je recontact Kasbah via whatsapp en copiant un avis laisse sur google.com. La Kasbah me rappelle imediatement en me traitant de tous les noms pour avoir laisse un message comme si c'etait moi le coupable alors que j'attends livraison depuis 13 mois et m'assurant qu'ils ont livre le mirroir au transporteur et que c'est a lui qu'il faut s'adresser sans pour autant me donner ses coordonnees et alors que le transport est a regler a la commande et a Kasbah. Aucun service client,
