    I placed an order in August (2025), with an expectation that the order would be delivered within 2-3 weeks (per their website). The order never arrived. When I checked the status on their website, it only noted that my order was last updated updated in September (2025). Their is no contact number is provided on their website. I tried messaging them on their business profile via Facebook. They read each of my messages but never responded. According to their website, you can only reach a rep by competing a form on their webpage to request an email response. When they responded to my request, they gaslit me. They told me that they'd filed a claim with UPS and suggested that I do the same (to expedite the process). They eventually provided me with a UPS tracking number and I learned that the package never made it through customs because it was missing information on the customs form. According to the tracking information, UPS had attempted to contact skincolor.net multiple times with no response. As a result, the package was discarded. I relayed this information, via email, to skincolor.net. They claimed that none of the information available on UPS tracking was accurate. Skincolor.net told me that they would file a claim and asked me to do the same. When I tried filing a claim with UPS, I couldn't.
