Rating:I ordered a jacket from SNOWMORPH and, as of 2 November 2026, I have still not received it. The tracking information I last checked showed only "Shipment information received", dated 15 October, with no further progress shown. I have contacted the company more than once for an update but have received no response.
Very disappointing delivery and customer service. I am asking the company to provide a clear delivery update or resolve the order with a refund. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

Rating:Nothing on this store identifies the business behind it: no company name, no address, no registration number, only a free outlook.com mailbox. The domain was registered on 25 September 2026 and the single product was published the day before, yet the page announces "2216+ Reviews", a "4.8/5 by verified customers" rating and claims 500+ skiers, without linking to any review platform.
The same jacket is sold word for word on morphsnowofficial.com and azurty.com, with testimonials signed by the same first names, and the comparison images on this page are loaded from another domain of the same network, snowshift.co. Its refund policy keeps every sale final, with a 48-hour window after delivery for damaged items only.
One buyer reported on 2 November that nothing had arrived and that tracking has been frozen on "Shipment information received" since 15 October. If you have already paid, ask your card issuer about a chargeback rather than waiting for a reply from that mailbox.
